All math runs client-side on your inputs. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is stored. This is one piece of a larger real-estate analytics suite I built (forward projection, sell-vs-hold, refinance, Schedule E tax); those other tools require a server-side back-end and aren't deployed here.
